How to use / serve

Perfect on porridge, pancakes, hot buttered toast or crumpets, or stirred into warm drinks as a natural sweetener. Because it’s raw, it may crystallise over time — simply sit the jar in warm water to restore it to liquid.

Harvested from our family-run apiary in the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB — our bees roam an acre of bee-friendly orchard and 100s of hectares of Wolds and wild meadows. Small batches, seasonal releases, never mass-produced. We care deeply for our bees, giving each hive a wool blanket through winter and disturbing them as little as possible.

100% honey from our own hives — no sugar water, no blending, no honey from outside Lincolnshire. Most supermarket honey comes from outside the EU and contains additives. Ours doesn’t.
