Taste the Lincolnshire Wolds in every spoonful. Our Summer 2026 wildflower honey is harvested straight from our own hives in the AONB — raw, unheated and alive with natural enzymes, pollen and flavour that pasteurised honey simply can't match.

Our bees are based in our fruit and nut orchard pollinating our blossom trees and surrounded by fields of wild meadows and arable farms.  They live in an acre of land full of bee friendly plants and trees.  They have 100’s of hectares of Wolds supporting their daily foraging requirements which make unique and full flavoured honeys, every month a different flavour.

How to use / serve:

Perfect drizzled over granola, stirred into warm (not boiling) drinks, spread on sourdough or eaten straight from the spoon. Because it's raw, it may crystallise naturally over time — simply sit the jar in warm water to restore it to liquid.
